If you exercise, say, swim, shortly after eating, you may get a tummy ache. It depends on your specific body. The water’s ability to distort your body’s perception of gravity might influence you too. And puking in the pool is a lot worse than puking on the track.
The myth is: “If you eat something, and don’t wait thirty minutes to go swimming, you’ll get a cramp.” I never heard anyone say you’d die. And this “myth” is a slightly inaccurate, imprecise statement. It applies to a lot of people. Depends on your body.
Brushing your hair is healthy. Period. Like everything else that is healthy, it can be overdone.
And God is an alien council. They are not all-powerful. They put the tree in the garden to see if Adam and Eve would blindly obey them. They didn’t. It wasn’t a snake that told them to do it, it was their own curiosity (figurative snake?). Just kidding. It’s a theory though, and more complete with less holes than most….
